Terms of Service

This Client Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a contract between you (the “Client”) and PIGAS Corporation, a German corporation (“Unternehmensgesellschaft (haftungsbeschränkt)”) with its principal place of business at Im Weiher 12, 69121 Heidelberg, Germany. (“PIGAS” – “Program on International German Application Service”, “we” or “us”). You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to use our website located at www.pigas.org (the “Site”) and related software and services. PIGAS may amend this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Each revised version will state its effective date, which will be on or after the date. If the revised version materially reduces your rights or increases your responsibilities, we may post it in advance of the effective date in order to give you notice. Your continued use of the PIGAS Platform & our services after the effective date of a revised version of this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of its terms. This Agreement includes and hereby incorporates by reference the agreements and polices referred to herein or linked from the URL [ww.pigas.org/terms-of-service/], as such agreements and policies may be modified by PIGAS from time to time in its sole discretion. In the event of a conflict between such policies and agreements and this Agreement, this Agreement controls. Capitalized terms are defined throughout the Agreement and in Section 12.

You understand that by clicking the “Buy” button on selecting a Service Package, or by using the PIGAS platform, you are agreeing to be bound by this agreement. If you do not accept this agreement in its entirety, you may not access or use the PIGAS platform. If you agree to this agreement on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to this agreement. In that event, “you” and “your” will refer and apply to that entity.

1. Purpose of the PIGAS Platform.

PIGAS Platform consists of 3 main parts: The Site (www.pigas.org), the Client Dashboards and Our services which are parts of the predefined packages and are done in our German office by our team members.

PIGAS Platform provides the application service for the applicants, who wants to study in German educational institutions, work there and be treated in clinics. Under this Agreement, PIGAS provides services to Clients, which are listed below.

2. Our services

2.1. Daily Help per email

This service is included on all of our Packages. [Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, Residency degree, Studienkolleg, Language courses, PhD degree, Masterclass courses, Internships, Work and Treatment services.]

Our Experts will help you, answer your questions on daily basis and assist you on your application process per email conversations. The duration depends on which package you will select. Please note that the answers can take 8-14 hours depending on our working time and your Timezone. Weekends and Holidays in Germany mostly not included.

2.2. Live Meeting

This service is included on only “Assistance package” and “Full admission Package” of our Service fields. [Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, Residency degree, Studienkolleg, PhD degree, Internships, Work and Treatment services.]

You can ask all your Questions live. This means you can come to our Office in Germany or just make an online conversation with teleconference softwares such as Skype with our Experts. The duration depends on which package you will select.

2.3. University/Institution/Clinic/Company List 

Below all of these will be called only “Institutions”.  This service is included on only “Assistance package” and “Full admission Package” of our Service fields. [Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, Residency degree, Studienkolleg, Language courses, PhD degree, Masterclass courses, Internships, Work and Treatment services.]

We will make you a list of Institutions, which you can apply for. We will use the criteria that you’ll give us and find best matching Universities for you. Please note that we make lists up to maximum 3 subjects.

2.4. CV Optimization

This service is included on only “Full admission Package” of our Service fields. [Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, Residency degree, Studienkolleg, Language courses, PhD degree, Masterclass courses, Internships, Work and Treatment services.]

Often applicants send very bad CV to the institutions and in Germany you should have a perfect systemized Resume to get accepted. Our Experts will review your Resume, inform you and optimize your Resume for best results.

2.5. Motivation Letter

This service is included on only “Full admission Package” of our Service fields. [Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, Residency degree, Studienkolleg, Language courses, PhD degree, Masterclass courses, Internships, Work and Treatment services.]

This is critical point on getting accepted to the German Institutions. Most of institutions ask you for a motivation letter and for a perfect one our Experts will help you and write it for you!

2.6. Control of Documents

This service is included on only “Full admission Package” of our Service fields. [Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, Residency degree, Studienkolleg, Language courses, PhD degree, Masterclass courses, Internships, Work and Treatment services.]

Before sending all documents to the Universities we must be sure if everything is right. You can come to our office or have a online video conference and we will check every document that they are perfectly written.

2.7. Use of our Office

This service is included on only “Full admission Package” of our Service fields. [Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, Residency degree, Studienkolleg, Language courses, PhD degree, Masterclass courses, Internships, Work and Treatment services.]

Mostly the one of critical points is timing and deadlines for applications. Sending and getting posts from Germany can take weeks to your country. You can simply use our office as your representative address in Germany. It takes only 1 day to get admission from institutions and we inform you per email as soon we get the admission.

2.8. Institution check

This service is included on only “Full admission Package” of our Service fields. [Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, Residency degree, Studienkolleg, Language courses, PhD degree, Masterclass courses, Internships, Work and Treatment services.]

If you need we will also get in touch with the Institutions that you applied to get results and inform you about the problems, news etc.

2.9. Getting Visa

This service is included on only “Full admission Package” of our Service fields. [Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, Residency degree, Studienkolleg, Language courses, PhD degree, Masterclass courses, Internships, Work and Treatment services.]

We’ll also help you on procedure to get Visa after admission. This includes only information about getting Visa in your country and what you should do about it.

2.10. Placement, welcoming

This service can be purchased separately and it is included on “Full admission Package” of our Service fields for free. [Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, Residency degree, Studienkolleg, Language courses, PhD degree, Masterclass courses, Internships, Work and Treatment services.]

If needed we can help you to find a place to stay in Germany, speak with landlords and other actions needed for this purpose. We can also take you from Airport with our car and bring you to your staying place, show and teach you how to travel in Germany without knowing German language. Rides more than 50km must be paid for extra gas.

2.11. Admission for language course

This service can be purchased separately and it is included on “Full admission Package” of our Service fields for free. [Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, Residency degree, Studienkolleg, Language courses, PhD degree, Masterclass courses, Internships, Work and Treatment services.]

We’ll also help you to get admitted to a language course. [you should pay only language course fee]

2.12. Sending documents with post or fax to your country

This service can be purchased separately and it is included on “Full admission Package” of our Service fields for free. [Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, Residency degree, Studienkolleg, Language courses, PhD degree, Masterclass courses, Internships, Work and Treatment services.]

If you’re choosing our office as your representative address in Germany, we’ll send you your documents to your address in your country for free. [If you need express post sending, you should pay for this service extra post fee. We cooperate with UPS and you’ll get 5% discount.]

 

3. Duration of Services

3.1. Daily Help per email

3.1.1. Consulting Package (valid for all service fields)- 2 Days. You can ask during 2 days all your questions. Our Experts will reply them as soon as possible. There are no limitations for the amount of questions. During 2 days our team members will reply you 8-14 hours interval depending on time zones and working hours. Your subscription starts after we confirm your payment and your confirmation of starting to use our service. After starting use of our service, the duration can’t be paused or frozen for later use.

3.1.2. Assistance Package (valid for all service fields)- 30 Days. You can ask during 30 days all your questions. Our Experts will reply them as soon as possible. There are no limitations for the amount of questions. During 30 days our team members will reply you 8-14 hours interval depending on time zones and working hours. Your subscription starts after we confirm your payment and your confirmation of starting to use our service. After starting use of our service, the duration can’t be paused or frozen for later use.

3.1.3. Full Admission Package (valid for all service fields) – till client got admitted. This time delay can be totally maximum 60 Days – with exeption, that it can be paused or frozen for later use. Client can always pause his usage of our services and there is no time and amount for limitations for pausing the service. For example, after asking some questions in the first week, client can freeze his usage for this service and activate it 3 month later, because he learned from our Experts that he is not eligible yet to study in Germany. Spent amount of time will be displayed on client dashboard on real-time.

3.2. Live meeting

3.2.1. Assistance Package (valid for all service fields) – 1 hour . This service can’t be paused or frozen for later usage.

3.2.2. Full Admission Package (valid for all service fields) – 3 hours. This service can be paused or frozen for later usage.

3.3. University/Institution/Clinic/Company List

This service will be done only once. Client can order up to 3 different subjects.

3.4. CV Optimization

This service will be done only once.

3.5. Motivation Letter

This service will be done only once.

3.6. Control of Documents

This service will be done only once.

3.7. Use of our Office

This service can be used till end of the corresponding Package.

3.8. Institution check

This service can be used till end of the corresponding Package.

3.9. Getting Visa

This service can be used corresponding time to service “Daily help per email”.

3.10. Placement, welcoming

This service will be done only once.

3.11. Admission for language course

This service will be done only once.

3.12. Sending documents with post or fax to your country

This service will be done only once.

 

4. Fees & Payments

4.1 Actual Prices

PIGAS charges Clients a fee for its services. Actual pricing:

4.1.2. Language courses – 59$ one time.

4.1.3. Masterclass courses – 59$ one time.

4.1.4. Treatment in clinics – 490$ one time. Travel & accommodation costs exclusive.

4.2. Payment options.

Payments can be done with credit cards, bank accounts or paypal accounts. Online Payments are provided by Stripe & Paypal and securely certified by COMODO SSL Certificate.

4.3. Refund Policy

We apply the “Fair refund policy”. Bad refund policies are infuriating. You feel like the company is just trying to rip you off. We never want our customers to feel that way, so our refund policy is simple: You pay if you use our service. If not, we refund everything.

Examples of full refunds we’d grant.

  • If you made a payment accidentally. Just let us know and we’ll refund everything you paid quickly.
  • If you made a payment and not started to use our services yet, but after some days you changed your mind and decided not use our services. No problem, we’ll refund everything.
  • If 3rd person used your credit card, bank account or paypal account just let us know, we’ll check it and refund quickly.

Examples of partial refunds we’d grant.

  • If you purchased a “Full admission package” for Master’s degree ($895 USD) and started to use our services. After some days you learned from our team that you are absolutely not eligible to study in Germany and want to cancel your subscription. If it was 2 days of usage of our services, we will refund the part which corresponds to a “Consulting Package” – this means you’ll get the part the you didn’t use – $836 USD. If it was between 2 and 30 days, or we made a Institution list for you, we’ll refund like you used a “Assistance package” – this means you’ll get – $646 USD.

 

5. Cancellation and Termination

Clients can always cancel their subscriptions without any reasons. For refunds, please see our refund policy on 4.3.

 

6. General Conditions

6.1. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

6.2. Technical support is only provided via email. (Exeptions valid for clients purchased “assistance” or “full admission” packages.

6.3. You understand that the Company uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.

6.4. You must not modify, adapt or hack the Service.

6.5. You must not modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service or the Company.

6.6. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by the Company.

6.7. We may, but have no obligation to, remove content and accounts that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

6.8. Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Service customer, Company employee or officer will result in immediate account termination.

6.9. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your content, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

6.10. The Company does not warrant that (i) the service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the Service will be corrected.

6.11. You expressly understand and agree that the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter relating to the service.

6.12.The failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company and govern your use of the Service, superceding any prior agreements between you and the Company (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
